Feb 2011 | Tax Transparency and Information Exchange - Ireland passes OECD phases 1 & 2

Ireland has passed the OECD tests on commitment to tax information exchange ensuring that it is a so called "white listed" country for foreign trust and taxation purposes. The Minister for Finance issued a press release on this matter regarding the recommendations.
