Jan 2011 | Mandatory Disclosure of Certain Transactions II

The mandatory disclosure regulations announced in Finance Act 2010 are now in force. The regulations govern the reporting to Revenue of certain types of transactions and are discussed here. They are in effect from 17 January 2011 and not 3 April 2010 as originally announced.
