The Law Reform Commission of Ireland published its Report "Trust Law: General Proposals" in December 2008, see link. The Report, which includes a suggested Trustee Bill, follows the Commission's 2006 Report on Charitable Trusts, a number of recommendations of which have been incorporated into the Charities Act 2009.
